Acceptance of terms
By accessing The BugHex website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Services
We provide custom software, web, mobile, AI and related design and engineering services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks remain our property. Website content and branding remain owned by The BugHex.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access and materials needed for delivery. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.
Payment
Fees, schedules and milestones are set out in each engagement agreement. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a high standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
