Elite Properties Group came to us in real estate & proptech with a fixed window and zero patience for a vendor learning on the job. The ask: something real users could test in weeks, not a roadmap to review in months. And own the outcome, not just the handoff.

What we built

A luxury property front as considered as what it sells. Buyers glide through Dubai listings on Framer Motion transitions; the sales team updates inventory without touching code. Node.js behind a React and Vue front, tuned to stay fast on heavy imagery. Senior engineers wrote every line, the people who scoped it, not a junior bench you never met. Tested, reviewable increments with a design lead at the same table. So Dubai Elite Properties looked as deliberate as it ran. You watched it get built. No big reveal.
