Vlad AI Travel came to us in ai & travel with a fixed window and zero patience for a vendor learning on the job. The ask: something real users could test in weeks, not a roadmap to review in months. And own the outcome, not just the handoff.

What we built

An AI travel planner that drafts a full itinerary in the time it takes to describe the trip, then hands you the map to change it. Take the AI's plan or build your own; nothing's locked. Flutter ships iOS, Android, and web from one codebase, Laravel admin behind it. Senior engineers wrote every line, the people who scoped it, not a junior bench you never met. Tested, reviewable increments with a design lead at the same table. So Vlad AI looked as deliberate as it ran. You watched it get built. No big reveal.
