The challenge

Miami Spa Wellness came to us in health & wellness with a fixed window and zero patience for a vendor learning on the job. The ask: something real users could test in weeks, not a roadmap to review in months. And own the outcome, not just the handoff.

What we built

On-demand massage that books in a few taps and vets like a clinic. A licensed, background-checked therapist to a home, hotel, or office; Stripe clears payment before anyone arrives. Flutter and React Native, so the booking flow is identical on every device. Senior engineers wrote every line, the people who scoped it, not a junior bench you never met. Tested, reviewable increments with a design lead at the same table. So Miami Spa Massage looked as deliberate as it ran. You watched it get built. No big reveal.
