Roamtok Travel came to us in travel & mobility with a fixed window and zero patience for a vendor learning on the job. The ask: something real users could test in weeks, not a roadmap to review in months. And own the outcome, not just the handoff.

What we built

Trip planning for people who live on their phone. Personalized itineraries and location-based picks that turn a destination into a route, not twelve open tabs. One Flutter codebase ships native iOS and Android; a Laravel admin keeps content fresh without a new build. Senior engineers wrote every line, the people who scoped it, not a junior bench you never met. Tested, reviewable increments with a design lead at the same table. So ROAMTOK looked as deliberate as it ran. You watched it get built. No big reveal.
